i don't really know if i could ever be able to adequately thank all of them as much as they deserve for all of the support ive been, but im certainly going to try even if it takes the rest of my life to do so.

they all helped me in their own way to unlearn a lot of terrible feelings and misconceptions i had about myself, other people, and the world around me, and to help me shake off the little lies and battle a lot of the insecurities that had built up in my head after several years of being reinforced
