The Keynesian capitalists of both major parties of America, Britain and many other counties from the 1940s until the mid 1970s liked it too. It was dismantled by neoliberalism. Now, the rich have moved us so rightward that "capitalism" somehow is (and only is) ”tax cuts for the rich". It's not true.
