This isn't future speculation. It's happening now. The question isn't whether to allow it, it's how to make it work. What infrastructure? What competencies? What does transparency even mean here?

AI is already in the consultation room. Not as a background tool, but as a third presence. Patients bring AI diagnoses. Doctors use AI to interpret scans. The two-way relationship is now three-way.
