In a society that's trying to prioritize mental health, I think we forget that there is a chunk of the population (regardless of class) that has not experienced great trauma. They are content with their lives. They have daily struggles, yes. But that's all they can relate to.

Saw someone comment on a post that we need to stop comparing ourselves to people who have support systems, and I agree.
Not to be taken as they're bad people, or that either journey is tougher than the other. We just need to stay focused on our lanes to save our mental health 🥴

I feel like sometimes we put too much pressure onto legendary artists to be perfect examples that we don't give them room to show their humanity.
