A new addition to my fleet is this SD45X, an experimental diesel that tested new ideas for EMD and their future diesel locomotives. This was an impulse purchase but it's been worthwhile so far! I got plans to pair this up with other engines of mine.

I put a nice sound decoder, speaker, and LED to make sure it's on par with brand new steam engine models! This one is about 20 years old, but never used until recently!

I can't wait to run some trains tomorrow. Here's a video of my farm / construction train from last Saturday. I wanted to run three of my CNW units together, but I need to figure out why a SD50 isn't speed-matched to my SD60 anymore.
