The garden is a right mess (I've ignored it for some time) but I love this rose. I planted it 2 decades ago to commemorate my Mormor (mother's mother). It seems to have thrived on being ignored.

I don't grow peonies,but they are my favourite flower, so I treated myself to some for my birthday. Tomorrow I shall bake a black forrest gateau for tea before moving to a keto diet to see if it will put my diabetes in remission.
