Oh yes, I've been using a mood tracker and making notes since earlier this year. Seeing my patterns is what tipped me off. That and a history of antidepressants not working, crashing/burning, and destructive behaviour. Distinguishing mood and emotions is tough sometimes, but I've become attuned :)

Maybe one day they'll make a crowd funded 2D remake 😁
