So, in that regard there was coordination. Alas the facts and extant documents (esp. the emails that @lorak.bsky.social so ably FOIA’d and brought to public attention) don’t fit DelDems’ preferred fantasy narrative. It’s going to make passing add’l radical DGCL “reforms” next session more difficult.

Ldg legislators and the gov’s office both have engaged in some strenuous revisionism – including at public hearings – after the issue became one that attracted conflict. By the middle of last March, the standard narrative from DelDems and the DSBA was that Musk, Zuckerberg et al had no influence.

The inside sources should consult with the Governor, who said on live TV & in an interview w/ BI that Musk's threats were central to his administration's decision to push for change in the law... (tho it was not Musk's specific lawyers who drafted it; those attorneys worked for Zuckerberg/Meta...)

oh, I don’t know that moving the main office to Wilmington would lessen the temptation to real estate fraud any less – the corporate capital seems to specialize in it (or at least its mayors do)
