Seeing some push back on other posts that teams won't be penalized for playing in title games. I highly doubt Penn St stays at 5 if they lose to Oregon (unless super tight) or Georgia stays at 7 if they get blown out by Texas. We will see.

Editing this to say Penn St would be above Georgia if both teams lose so Penn St would be 7 and Georgia 8.

If Clemson wins it gets very interesting:

8) Penn St

6) Texas/UGA
11) SMU

7) Ohio St
10) Indiana

I doubt it but maybe if it's a big win. Jumping 4 spots beating a team in the teens isn't likely. Either way they are on the road in the 1st round unless Clemson beats SMU.

Georgia/Texas are probably interchangeable. Penn St would drop them below Ohio St (both 10-2 with loss to Oregon, H2H). ASU/ISU also interchangeable.

If Clemson beats SMU it gets interesting. Bama is out and SMU is probably 11 with Clemson 12. ASU moves to the 4 line with Boise at 3.

No idea why Phillies would do this. Getting Bellinger for Bohm without cash or dumping Walker/Castellanos would be unlikely. If I'm M's I do this as you would be able to backfill with a SP and maybe actually get a DH.

Do you think they sign any new free agents or all trades? I don’t think they’d go big but could see Kim (the new one) or Torres if his market doesn’t develop. Bonus ?? Do you see a bad contract swap happening anywhere (Monty is AZ?) with Haniger?
