This worked for about a month until I got super frustrated needing to look up a couple of things for work with my focus mode set for work and specific apps blocked. The interruption took me out of my flow state building and I had a serious moment of “I’ve replaced one thing with another”

My exercise started with iOS’ screen time functionality, but it didn’t work the way I needed it to which lead to me finding an app called “one sec” where it puts a mindfulness activity in front of your wanted app to stop you from instant gratification.

My first one post-that life was strange. Now it’s just so chill. I actually get excited at the new features now again!
