Due to the -1, stealth checks are going to need to remain relatively easy. All in all they seem interesting! Adding more detail to stealth in certain games can be rather difficult when it's clear stealth was never meant to be a common mechanism.

I would suggest critical rolls counting toward 2 successes, or something along those lines, and the 3 actions feels a tad intense. I can't see many moments when that would ever be useful unless it was only 1 player attempting this to purely stay hidden.

In my short time of playing, it was my break from the GM slot, I loved it as a tool for one shots and short stories. That was years ago now, but has that changed at all? Is there any easy longer form version of the game? I was blessed with the wonderful Vengeful Child. An absolute blast
