If we're talking about a "library of content" I'd go with the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch since they provide a way to play past [and future] fan favorite titles

Yes and No. By all accounts the pains of the Vita was:
1. Sony failed to push the platform like the Nintendo Switch
2. The titles that were there (Little Big Planet, Helldivers, Uncharted and other Ax2 Ax3 titles) were over shadowed by the primary console
3. Sony was & is short sighted go to pt. 1
