Being the last couple of days before payday, that made our account overdrawn. So now my fiancée, after undergoing surgery, can’t eat because of the callous response from Uber Eats, which has apparently adopted fascist-like policies. Thank you for your solidarity!

We called Customer “Support” and explained the situation. However, they would not do anything other than say that the charges will be credited back within 8 working days, and they refused to issue us a credit so we could eat. So we got charged for food that we didn’t receive. Twice!

We then placed another order for another 24hr restaurant, which THIS driver cancelled. Frustrated, we tried for a third time, but was unable to place an order because our account now had a negative balance! Both charges had gone through, and now our card was getting declined!
