Its seems vague enough that it can be if someone wishes to enforce it once it hasmade it into the Tos.
Heres to hoping that they are just putting it in to appease someone and not actually gonna go ballistic with it. At least for now.

Everything may just be moved in the future to subscriberstar or maybe a private system if I can figure it out. But, probably just gonna start posting low resolutions and heavily censored nsfw pieces on here now too.
