Been without internet for 3 days because a fiber line was cut in our neighborhood. Been living that cellular data life. It sucks. I’m convinced anyone who uses “5G internet” at home has no fucking idea how bad they actually have it and can’t tell the difference between 480p and 4k. Just awful.

So is 343 just going to remake Halo 1 every decade or so? Like they remake it so their new hires can learn what it takes to make a new halo, then they all get fired because Microsoft sucks, staff up again so they can remake halo 1, get fired, rinse, repeat?

game was fine but didn’t do anything particularly great. Super samey environments, basic platforming, frustrating map, distinct lack of power ups, barely any story. I’m glad people love it but it just didn’t do it for me

without a specific tool that I didn’t know existed without looking it up. I also was seemingly locked out of progressing because I used a simple key in the town instead of to access the waterways. Maybe there was another way in and I didn’t need it, but i wasn’t going to go looking for a needle

trying my hardest to enjoy hollow knight. I enjoy metroidvanis but hate soulslikes. I don’t think my problem with it is the combat, but the progression. Abilities are few and far between and the ability to get lost is a little too much at times. I found a dreamer but can’t kill it

finished death stranding 2. good game, not great. kojima as fuck which I appreciate. thought it introduced a lot of new stuff but zero reason to engage with it. why did it have fires and floods only to use them each like once? i think i used 1 ladder and 1 anchor the entire game.

death stranding 2 is fine so far, but nearly impossible to play if I am even remotely tired. It engages like 1% of my brain. While this game doesn’t feel like a proof of concept or tech demo like DS1, it still doesn’t feel like it’s changing the gameplay up enough. Feels the same hour 1 as hour 30.
