Our medical record system at work now gives us the option of having an AI patient summary. It’s just accurate enough to fool someone, but every one that I’ve looked at has significant errors. It’s only a matter of time until someone dies as a result.

What I’ve read is closer to 35-40k. Some studies say 25k, but I think that’s overly optimistic.
