Prep, mold, & cast.
Despite a few air bubbles, the 1st #resin cast of Business-man #Goomba came out quite nice. (I did some repairs with #apoxy putty.)
Added a foot peg, so I can mount it.
What should the base be?
A #mario Brick or a ?-block.

Moving to the long & tedious process of CAREFULLY cutting out all the patterns.
Moving slowly, cutting a handful of sheets & then scanning them to my computer.
I'll do digital cleanup, then resize them maybe 2 to 3 times bigger for the sewing patterns.

Creepy monster ideas.
The 1st sandwich mold is done.
It was quite tedious to get everything to lineup, & the hinges are always a pain to figure out. But when it's all finished it look so clean. :D
That's 1 down & 1 to go. Then I can continue the physical clay #sculpture around these 2 pieces.

To make an inflatable #cosplay, you need a sewing template.
But to get that, you need to sculpt out the shape.
1st I tried paper-craft (template found online)
Then I added foam to bulk it out
Then I added paper mache
And finally, plastic bandages.
