Vibe coding has negative connotations. It’s synonymous to “irresponsible”. But I know someone who vibe codes but I don’t consider them irresponsible because they’re spending time thinking through the problem and testing.
If a reasonable amount of tests are present, you’re no longer vibe coding.

🤪 the feeling we get from practicing a technique like TDD seems like qualia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qualia). And the fact that software “can” be created without that practice, just leaves so much room for people to doubt its benefits without years of experiencing building software without it.
