Don't know if you have done it already but as simple as it is, I think everybody should have made their own bread at some point. Yeasted or sourdough, doesn't matter, there is something wonderful about making your own bread ^^

I would suggest checking your fiber and water intake. Something seems to be unbalanced in that regard.
