They dooooo. It sucks so much when they snap. But! They can sometimes be fixed with some foil tape or if you're handy with a soldering iron.

I also like having the snip tool pinned to my windows bar for quick and easy access.

Just about all keyboard and peripheral brands now have supporting software where you can make macros with just about any key.
Head to their site, download their software, and you should be able to change the key to open the snip tool, or do what you need.
