On #Juneteenth I decided to work so my non-white colleagues could take the day off. I feel like it’s the absolute least I can do to pay homage to this day and acknowledge the inequality the US was built on but work towards one that’s more equitable.

This hits at the heart of what so many of us feel but can’t always name. When worth and care is measured in 🤑💸💵, no wonder we feel depleted.
This is a reminder to come back to what really matters—and to unlearn what never served us in the first place.
