i think grief is love with nowhere to go is bullshit. there is always a place for love to go…. i know this mentality has gotten me in trouble before, but i still believe it… i also believe accepting love with grace is a kind of responsibility, which accounts for some of my closed offness

and i don’t believe at all that i can both be a mother and be loved.. so i’m going to selfishly pursue my dream of being a mother before i commit myself to the project of lovability. that’s what my 20s and being able to focus on my dreams means to me…
