Tesla forgot to turn off "EXTREME bumper car mode" with the last software update.

Sad to admit I know *way* too many people in the faith that would do this without batting an eye.

(thankfully not my church - we welcome everyone and actually read and obey the Red Letters of the Bible instead of ignoring them and picking and choosing the rest)

Especially when you look at Twitter historical data. Under previous ownership, growth from 2006-2008 was a TENTH of BlueSky's numbers (4-6m estimate)

It took 27 deaths to recall the Ford Pinto in the 1970s. Teslas have already far exceeded that number.

It's got to be something of immense perceived value, but no actual value whatsoever.

I'd probably be some thumbs-up Trump NFT instead of a hat.

Lightfoot was a national treasure, and something was truly lost in Canada when he passed.

The US Government can't pay its own bills. Why should we pay OpenAI's too?

They dropped off a couple "we miss you, come back" papers on my driveway. Nothing would convince me to subscribe ever again.

Might as well mistyped "slop juice". Would have been more accurate.

Used to pay $$$ to take direct instead of routing through JFK. The airline eliminated that direct flight, so now I drive 8+ hrs one way to avoid it.

Now our Heathrow experience:
plane->10 min bus->gate->next gate over->15 min bus->plane 2 spots over from the one we just got off of = priceless.

I heard what I thought was some company dropping a rollaway dumpster down the street.

Turns out someone going too fast in a 35 mph zone, hit a light pole and flipped their car. (Everyone walked away unharmed, the pole definitely didn't - it shattered into pieces)
