It's fun and a bit of an art challenge. Find older comic panels and try to find some that fit your ocs! Here's another with my ocs Léon and his sister Lillium. He's always messing with magics so I thought this fit enough.

Web of Mystery panels where an old woman warns a younger woman about her fate. "Let me stir my witch's brew and see what the future holds for you! EH! ... tis' death girl.... DEATH!!" The last holds her chest in disbelief. In the second panel she angrily responds to the witch. "If you're trying to see if I scare easily... I can tell you I don't! So give me a love potion-- I haven't time to waste!" The witch responds "Love potions come high, Lona Thorton!" My redraw of the previous panels with my own ocs. Léon practices a mix of Hydromancy and Lithomancy, (aka using gem stones in place of the planets and using how they fall to determine futures, plus using water) to conjure an image of his sister laying back in what looks to be death. He smiles menacingly as he says "Allow me to read your fate, little sister... OH DEAR!! A GRUESOME death, darling! Poor thing!~" His sister looks in shock, but isn't tricked by his schemes to scare her off. She grabs his sleeve and says, "knock it off, bro! I know your tricks, just give me your dumb love potion! I PROMISE to use it responsibly!!" He looks at her with surprise and calmly asserts "That... Isn't possible? you'd still steal anothers' heart..." I thought this was a fitting way to portray how Léon is here, as he is like this with everyone. His sister however doesn't understand the dangers of some of the magic he plays with.

Some other things I've been working on are studies of older art in general. I'd been looking at a lot of old comics, like Web of Mystery on the left here. Also looked at Katsuya Terada's work he did for LoZ for insp.

These are some previews of the continuations I did that are new. Ruari and Léon have a bit of a spicy relationship. They're always fin to draw. ^^
Ruari, having heard "Put the Prince down" by Vince on the last page, slyly looks over to Leon and says "Was just about to-" only to be cut off by him screaming "DON'T WORD IT LIKE THAAAAAT!!" Vince slumps on the couch having not helped, and Skull, being himself, says "Can you both kill each other in ANOTHER room? You might get blood on my book." Léon and Ruari are both taken aback by him. Ruari responds "Wow, that's fucked. The bun being a bad friend aside-- I've been waiting for this chance to finally get back at-" He gets cut off by Cantio, who yells at him to wait. "I also am okay with you getting revenge." Léon retorts with an "OH COME ON-" and Cantio continues with "But what do you mean by all? Do you intend to Date and Eat him?" Whatever that means. Unfinished preview of two panels of Ruari staring blankly. In the second panel he responds with "DON'T BE WEIRD!!" with an embarrassed expression.

It's been fun revisting old art and touching things up. I actually found a comic rough I did a couple days ago and fully inked it. And added more pages. Here's one for Bluesky!
It's been fun playing with my dolls (ocs) again.
Short comic page of my OCs. Cantio cocks his head and asks: "Query: What does the term "take-out" mean? He's answered thrice by my characters Vincent, Léon, and Skull in order: "Food." "Dating!~" and, bluntly, "Murder." Immediately in the next panel my oc Ruari threatens Léon with his sword to his neck yelling "IT CAN MEAN ALL THREE IF YOU AREN'T A COWARD!" Vincent yells at him to put the prince down, Skull hides his face in his book, and Cantio pays it no mind, happily musing. "Fascinating! Words can truly hold so many meanings these days.~"

Her name is a reference to gbf's Sandalphon. So her being interested in an anime about angels is very fitting
