Yes! It’s truly awful. We’re people just trying to exist like anyone else and that is made a lot harder when we are made the target/scapegoat so they don’t have to focus on the real problems

The fact that they’re doing this is infuriating to me, somehow worse is the fact that many aren’t mad at all and are just shrugging their shoulders at this. Instead of actually doing things that benefit citizens they’re targeting the vulnerable among them. I hate it

Yes this! My first clue was actually when a stranger referred to me with they/them pronouns and I got my first taste of euphoria (which then meant I had to pause and go “wait but that means I’m not as Cis as I’ve been claiming”) I too thought it sucked by default.

Before he ever entered the presidency he had businesses hit down specifically for his racist hiring practices, something he would later deny. Him whipping up these ideologies and then going “surprised pikachu” when it is noticed is a pattern of his I don’t get why people are surprised.

Not to mention physical disabilities such as EDS, POTS, and other chronic conditions are also highly comorbid with autism and autistic people are more likely to not be believed by doctors when conveying our experiences
