its been a week, I still can't believe she's not here when I come home everyday or waking me up every morning

my dog needed emergency surgery, made it through only to aspirate on something, her lungs filled up with fluid spent another 2 days in the er getting fluids and antibiotics, responded well and came home again with in 24 hours she aspirated again and we made the toughest decision ever to let her go
