Annd this post just made me try to attempt to curb the sensation of wearing cloth diapees by putting a cloth diapee over my plastic ones. I must say I probably should of done it the other way around. Its like putting vents on a wall that has no duct. XP

Yeah I prefer plastic backed ones. I use mine a lot… and cloth backed ones are scary because I feel it going through the diapee and every time it happens Im just like. “Pathetic. Your not even filled all the way and you are failing me…

Im really sorry you are dealing with all this dread and pain. I know therapist can help with it slowly but surely. I can only imagine the pain and hurt you are and still have been going through… You wont ever forget it, but you will adapt to the pain slowly.
