Yesterday was a busy but so fulfilling. In the morning, I had the honor of being interviewed by Mark Anthony Neal. Met w/a research team of OB/Gyns and an oral historian to discuss reproductive justice (RJ), & served on a panel discussing Jennifer Nash’s brilliant book Birthing Black Mothers.

On September 19th, I am joining my sista Michelle Browder as we discuss the current birthing crisis and the ways we’re helping to eradicate it. I look forward to learning from Dr. Gomez-Carrion as well.
