I actively think Take vs Ricochet was bad. I never believed any of Rico's selling. It's not his strenght. I think he can still go but he is limited as he always was.

His comfort zone reside in the 2018 takeover style match. That's what he should be booked to do

The counter argument would be that if they worked their tipical fast paced hybrid style, the match would've paled by comparasion against Ospreay vs Fletcher

I think that's precisely why The IN match should've been placed on the card earlier.

It was a good card held down by the pacing and some of the agenting. The subpar tag was a bad decision to start the show. Mone vs Statlander could've benefited from a less thrown together finish, while Ricochet vs Takeshita was built upon Rico's selling, which was an oustandigly bad idea.

How dare you express such a take?

About time Garcia gets a singles title

Yes i'm in the same boat as you.
It's that there are many precedents where a wrestler seemingly only good for a midcard slot in WWE comes to AEW and suddendly they look like a million bucks

AEW made wrestling violent again. Many matches could exemplify this statement but i decides to go with AEW's best Steel Cage match.

This stipulation became so phony in North America in the last 20 years. AEW revitalized it

One of the biggest hooks for me in AEW is the possibility of a time limit draw. In the ends of a capable booker what may seem a free get out of jail card can become an incredible storyline device.

There is not a single time limit draw in AEW that i did not love. Hangman vs Danielson being the best

The Elite Civil War. The best story ever told in professional wrestling history.

This saga spanned throught the first 3 years of AEW TV. The biggest achievement of this story is the representation of anxiety in the character of Hangman Adam Page. A new take on masculonity wrestling wasn't used to

Cody vs Dustin brought blood back to mainstream pro wrestling and did it by telling a simple story that, however, relied on the audience's previous knowledge. Something AEW would do very often in years to come by making all pro wrestling canon

It's probably going to be the best Lashley has ever looked
