I respectfully disagree. I think this shows that enforcement of the laws happens without respect to whom you may be related. If her visa has expired, then her presence is no longer permissible and she should be removed to Brazil.

So what happens when more people vote to keep enforcing these policies? If all those who chose to enter the United States without proper authorization would voluntarily leave, none of this would be necessary.

I am happy for you to be able to have such a simplistic view of complex issues, such that a citation is all that you require. I believe that these types of issues obligate us to dig deeper to identify and understand the underlying causes.

I respectfully disagree. The reason both Ms. Clinton and Ms. Harris lost was not because of their gender, it was because they were both poor choices as candidates. A woman would be an excellent choice to be the American president, just not either of those two women.

All service members, particularly officers, must serve civilian leadership without respect to political affiliations. Being a military leader requires that you place the chain of command before your personal beliefs.

When a person joins the military, they accept a reduced set of Constitutional rights and protections, particularly related to free speech. Officers bear a special responsibility, to maintain a neutral position in any public expressions due to their positions of command and authority.

He should be recalled, called before an Article 32 hearing and if so recommend by the hearing officer, stand for Courts Matter before a 3 judge panel of fleet commanders (admirals). As operational commanders, they are in the best position to judge the impact of his comments.

Senator/Captain Kelly’s remarks were out of line, particularly as a senior naval officer. Encouraging members of the military to challenge or disobey orders from those appointed over you is a fundamental violation of the rule of professional conduct under the UCMJ.

Ms. Bruce’s question was fair but, missed the point. Mr. Khashoggi was a subject of the King (Saudi Arabia is a kingdom), he spoke out publicly against the king and lost his head as a result. This is a clear demonstration of the differences between a real king and our President.

Dies ist kein Bereich der „wissenschaftlichen“ Forschung. Die Daten müssen aus mehreren staatlichen und nichtstaatlichen Quellen zusammengetragen werden, die Rohdaten müssen normalisiert werden, um gemeinsame Datenstrukturen zu erstellen, die dann auf Trends, Zyklen usw. analysiert werden können.

What I did say is that the effect if undocumented immigrants on the healthcase system generally, the specific of those impacts on rural vs. urban areas, on food banks, shelter space, etc. are complex topics that require WORK and thought, and some technology to correlate the data to begin understand.

I NEVER said that I did not have access to the data, perhaps the fault is mine for not being more clear... the "data" and analysis of the data cannot be conveyed in a meaningful way in 250 characters (or a series of 250 character posts).

There are MANY studies by KFF, PubMed, JAMA Network, AcademyHealth, etc. The challenge with all these studies is that the insurance industry is a for-profit-business, thus it is very difficult to get access to all of the relevant data. Also, undocumented are fearful of surveys (understandably).

Insurance risk-pool dynamics depend on more than just individual cost – composition (age, health status), utilization patterns, adverse selection, market regulations, premium subsidies, and enrolment flows all matter.

The studies typically aggregate “immigrants” (mixing lawful non-citizens, undocumented, naturalised immigrants) rather than isolating undocumented persons in every case. Estimating status-specific usage and cost is challenging.
