I retired after 36 years at a community college, and now I do pet portraits, among other activities. I had had a 20-year hiatus of doing any art, but a dear friend said 'draw me something', and that spurred me on. These two were done with pastels. Left-Frenchy and Right-Boston Terrier Puppy

Tess, my travel/vacation buddy, and I went on an adventure to Yosemite this past May(2024). I hadn't been to Yosemite for almost 50 years. Not going to lie, tears were shed... So much has changed, but still the same 💚

Let me introduce to you the love of my life, the hound of my heart, and dog of my dreams...little Miss Tess. She is most likely a schnauzer and Boston Terrier cross. I adopted her what will be 14 years this coming February. She was a puppy around 4 months old. Warning-there will be some Tess spam☺️
