also yea for like more realistic material my voice trainer recommends just reading books out loud (for formal speech) and low-stakes conversations

see i honestly think you could go down in pitch a little if you keep your register and vowel placement etc similar and it'd still read as female without you having to be very tense to maintain that and straining your voice

your register is good! another thing i could point out is you do have some vocal fry but i'm noticing that mostly bc i don't like it in myself (and it's more of a matter of taste and less of a "you need <x> to pass thing"

like in everyday speech you might want to require less air/throat pressure than that (that could be the mic though) and in terms of speech melody would tend more downwards at the end of sentences (towards like a comfortable pitch) but i think that's mostly bc this is like formal-ish speech
