Yeah i disagree with the premise that smaller dlcs are the same as micro transactions as well. Especially given what we know now about developer crunch and AAA studio pressure. I do think that more studios should not charge extra for polish after releasing a buggy unfinished slog

Micro transactions and DLC are not the same thing tho. If I’m getting more game to experience I should have to pay for that especially if it’s optional for story purposes. If I have to pay extra to not get owned on multiplayer servers that’s BS (ex: battlefront 2)
