Okay let's do another thankful post: I love my dog Iris. She is just an absolute treasure and while I wish she liked cuddles more, she is extremely happy to sit next to me on the couch and fall asleep while I pet her. If I could carry or bring her everywhere I went, I would.

Diagram showing how to read a number. It looks complicated, just remember this is just the basics we are taught in like grade 1, just now strictly defined. The number 1125 The first position is is the 1 digit, the second position is a 1 digit. The 3rd position is a 2 digit. And the last position is the 5 digit. We used 10 as our base number, and is our radix. We multiply every number by 10 to the power of the index number of that position, which is the say how far from the right it is. Since we read left to right, generally. SO We multiply the first position, a 1, by 10 to ther power of the index number, so 10^3. 10^3. 10^3 equals 1000. So 1 × 1000 is 1000. Our second position, a 1, is multiplied by 10^2. 10^2=100. 100×1=100. Our third position, the tens column, is 1 The index number is 2. So 10^1=10. 10*2=20. Our last position is index 0 so that means we shall multiply the digit by 10^0. That becomes 1 because of decimal rules. So 5×1=5 We then add up all of these numbers! So 1000+100+20+5=1125. :)

"Royal flush matchups" from website Zero Tilt Poker. It is a chart compares the royal flush to all other poker hands, saying the royal flush wins. Context: royal flush (a 10 jack queen king Ace) has ridiculously low odds of happening but because of that it beats all other hands, so a chart showing each individual "matchup" like videogame characters is completely redundant
