Trump's gold card will not attract brilliant people, rather it will attract money launderers and drug trqffickers. Why not reduce the skilled worker backlogs in the employment green card categories, and once these brilliant people get green cards, they will spur growth, innovation and jobs.

Once MAGA claimed they were only against illegal immigrants, then they opposes asylum seekers, TPS and DACA recipients. Now they hate skilled Indian H-1Bs who are in the green card pipeline. Those who support MAGA thinking it is not racist are either fools or being fooled.

Those who voted for Trump because he has promised mass deportations should reflect on Christmas the suffering and misery this will cause to both noncitizens and their American family members. Is this what Jesus Christ wants in an American president who will instill fear on his first day in office?
