the whole tone thing has been smth i’ve struggled w/ my whole life tbh but no matter how often i explain that to ppl, or that i’m not mad/snapping and i just sound like That unfortunately, those same ppl are the ones kicking up a stink when i’m not masking to high hell 🫠

and now this grown-ass woman is giving me attitude bc of it???? she asked if she’d offended me earlier, to which i said no and that if i sounded angy it’s probably just bc i’m sick but like. im fine! we’re fine! and now she’s getting assy with me

i have no idea how to alter my tone to /not/ sound like that either bc in my head i just sound chill and neutral. also i’m sick so i don’t have the energy to inject much enthusiasm into my voice, sorry!!
