I'm cynical enough to believe that Americans simply won't care about children in Sudan. We have completely abandoned any moral compass, and I feel like any argument or message that frames a situation in morality is not going to be effective. #communication #rhetoric
So, we all understand that canceling student visas is catastrophic to the knowledge production of this country, that ties into things like national security, defense, health care, etc etc, right? RIGHT? No? Oh, well, that explains everything.

I was too busy to be jetlagged. But at some point last week, my body definitely thought it was in Europe.

Been thinking...teaching isn't been about disseminating content, hasn't been for a long time. It's more about how you can engage students, how they themselves can contribute to their own education outside of traditional structures of the classroom.

Whenever I ask #ChatGPT to do something for me, I try to remember to say "please" and "thank you". That way, when our robot overlords inevitably take over, hopefully they will remember that I was nice to them. #artificialintelligence #crutchortool #bekind
