Forcing refugees to wait 20 years to acquire permanent residency won't solve problems.
It will make the lives of people recognised as refugees more difficult though, and will create more work for Govt and asylum lawyers.
It also doesn't align with Article 34 of the Refugee Convention.

I recently "discovered" the Parkland Walk, a lovely bit of London that feels out of London. Walked from Finsbury Park to Alexandra Palace, then a bus back to Finsbury Park. www.parkland-walk.org.uk
