Mark Zuckerberg has said he limits his kids' screen time and prefers them to spend time outdoors or on activities that don't involve screens. He wants them to have a healthy balance and develop skills beyond tech.

Hammond had not yet been employed, or taken shares in crypto firm Copper though.

The timing is important. The ministerial code bans lobbying former colleagues for 2 years. Labour considered (but may be backtracking) a ban of 5 years. Where is the line? What constitutes "lobbying"? Email from March 2021:
"... when EST spoke with Philip Hammond recently he was told that in his engagement with Dimitry Tokarev at [Copper] he lear the [Redacted s35 (1) (a)]. EST recommends officials reach out to Philip to have him set up a call with Dimitry..."
