A lot of joy spending time with my Mom and my Aunt, family and friends this Thanksgiving. So much to be grateful for even in this absolute hell we are all experiencing. Find the tiny speck of light and focus on it. No one can take away our joy.

This is a very very hard time. I want to connect to people that share spreading love and light, compassion and patience. I am angry. I am fearful. I am deeply sad and grieving the democracy that we may loose. I live in Costa Rica. I am very lucky to be here. Let’s spread love.
