I really enjoy illustrating these little how-to pages. I would love to fill a whole book with them. The perfect project for this imperfect illustrator. If you would like to collaborate on a how-to filled book, please, find me. #kidlitpostcard #kidlitpostcardday @andreabrownlit

I like bugs. But I like them outside the most. 😅 It’s #kidlitartpostcard day! I’m an author/illustrator who’s hard at work right now on many projects. But there is room for more. Come inside, won’t you? I promise you that the bugs will be outside. I’m proudly represented by @andreabrownlit agency.

It’s another #kidlitartpostcard for #kidlitpostcardday ! This is something deep from the digital sketchbook that maybe hasn’t seen the light of day? This weirdo stone fruit world came to be after seeing "Still Life with Plums and Apricots" by Pierre Dupuis.

Friday’s sketchbook… As a child I watched Julia’s show with my mom. You never knew what to expect. We watched both for her cooking instruction and for her off-the-cuff remarks. We’d look at each other and say “did she really just say that?” It had the feeling of reality tv. An unpolished treasure.

If your life is a circus, get a dog. Your life will then be a different kind of circus, but it will be a better one. My dogs keep my head from exploring. Even the “bad” one who I had to wrestle a dead squirrel away from at 11:00 pm in the frigid icy yard. My “Tattoo Man” art and my “squirrel” dog.

Hello BlueSky. Could this be the breath of fresh air that I’ve been looking for? I’m a working kid-lit creator looking for platforms to share work and see what you’ve been working on too. Maybe this is it?
