I have to admit that ChatGPT seems to provide pretty thorough answers. I’ve had a few “conversations” about 55+ communities and CCRCs (continuing care retirement communities) and while not exhaustive, it responds well to follow-on questions. Much faster than google searching.

What is next for the media? America is based on the media being the 4th estate. But Trump follows a long tradition of leaders attacking the media and lessening its effectiveness. Commercial Media is corrupted by the need to make money, public media is corrupted by funding. What options are left?
