They (Prospect and all the practices that ran under them) also got hacked and my doctor could not access my records for WEEKS. They were operating blind.

It’s so disappointing. Parents are checked out too. I was the only parent or one of 2-3 in 8 classes at my kid’s HS open house. For conferences teachers had 27 parents booked out of 150 students. Teachers are engaged but most families aren’t. It must be so disheartening.
