Last week was tough having Pepper put to sleep way too soon. I connected with a local rescue that had this 6 month old GSD (mix) and yesterday on what would have been Pepper's 5th birthday, we adopted this one. Her name is Clementine, but a previous foster called her Pepper. So Pepper (2) it is!

I like burgers, preferring to make my own with a mix of meats - beef with venison, lamb with elk, kangaroo with koala. However it's hard to fathom some of the things these chefs add to their burgers....
