Another week of memories created with my parents and daughter. So thankful for these visits!

Now, homeward bound.

To my parents: your togetherness in good & bad times has taught us teamwork; your tolerance for each other’s habits has taught us patience; your support thru each other’s crises has taught us solidarity; your lives as our parents have taught us how to live. We wish you the happiest 68h anniversary!!

Another week in RVA in the memory bank. I’m so grateful for the flexibility to travel and be with family. These moments are rare and fleeting, and I’ll never take them for granted.

A little factoid for you… in Aug 2020, Trump issued an executive order banning American companies from any business with ByteDance (TikTok included). He followed that with a second order demanding ByteDance divest itself of TikTok’s US operations within 90 days. So if you want to blame someone…

This single text is a reminder that life doesn’t just happen, you have to make it happen. And that’s just what I did.
