I picked all of mine tonight with them in the greenhouse and hope that the frost doesn’t ruin them. It stays warmer in the greenhouse, but I would like to know how to ripen those green pumpkins.

Indid protect my squash with wood pieces. My question is how to ripen the ones that are not fully ripe and I have a few green pumpkins. I put them all in my greenhouse tonight in case it frosts again.
