Perhaps. I am unhappy about my own weight, to be fair. I would not ever think about Trump's appearance except for his incredible vanity and hypocrisy. He's an old man, he actually doesn't look that bad for his age. That's objectivity. But he is delusional about himself to the max.

If you're talking about people mocking Trump's weight, more people do it because of his constant mockery of other people's appearance. I think it is absolutely fine to make fun of any aspect of Trump's person.

A lot of these people don't listen to reason anymore, just process "energy" so if mocking them provides the needed energy to impact them, it's fine.

Yeah, this. Can we avoid dogpiling on the guy until we know what he did? If anyone with a brain cell follows Daily Beast, they know that a lot of people really liked to hang out with Epstein. The closest parallel I can think of is Bill Cosby. We don't cancel all the actors he hung out with.
