Just ignore the increasingly insane rantings of the President of the United States? It's not new but you think the media should continue to ignore it because that's what's expected of him? Now that's what I call insane.

Most people would remember the cage they put your head in to hold it still for like 45 min. I also think it would have been pretty cramped in there for a guy of his size, surprised he hasn't been whining about it but maybe he can't remember that either.

He looks like a pouting kindergartner in a class photo.
November 6, 2025 at 7:28 PM
It's their latest talking point, they're getting tired of making up stories to justify everything he does.

Exactly, the majority of fraud is done by providers, medical facilities and big insurance companies that are the administrators of the plans.
November 3, 2025 at 10:56 PM
How do you abuse Medicaid? People get sick or injured just to stick it to the government? Obviously these people or someone close to them has never needed these programs or they'd know how difficult it is to get on them let alone get any benefits from them.

This makes me so angry, first of all they are blatantly lying and why doesn't anyone talk about corporate subsidies which cost 18X more per year than SNAP. $36 per yr for an average taxpayer compared to $670 to $870 for corporations. Johnson is my Senator and he's a disgrace.
November 1, 2025 at 4:43 AM
Exactly, all those disgusting attack ads by Johnson and absolutely no pushback on any of his lies.
November 1, 2025 at 4:33 AM
Me, too. He would have won with just a little support from the party. There was so much opportunity to push back against Johnson's attack ads but they didn't even try.

Everyone dressed better in the mid-sixties. People wouldn't leave the house the way many dress to go to church today.

Hadn't heard of this, looks like it shut down in 2018. Balloonist is such an unusual name choice that it must have a personal meaning to someone involved. There is a person that seems to fit but they advocate for ethical development and regulation which doesn't seem to apply to this project.
October 20, 2025 at 4:03 AM
They want more than 2, there are currently proposals for 5 including one in my county. We are not foolish about it, we are fighting back and the project is currently paused. No one even knows who Balloonist LLC, the company behind it really is.
October 20, 2025 at 12:10 AM
Exactly, what's he going to do if they all stand together against him. What do they think is going to be left of this country in a couple of years?
October 16, 2025 at 3:42 PM
In my state single young adults up to age 49 don't qualify for foodshare unless they work and even working only 20 hrs disqualifies them them because the income limit is so low. The same with healthcare.
October 9, 2025 at 9:00 PM
Who wants free? People want a living wage not government programs. Corporations get a tax credit for hiring people on government programs but still don't pay them enough to live on. Fair wages would decrease government spending.
October 8, 2025 at 9:31 PM
Retirees who receive SS retirement benefits have earned them and they should be increased. People who work 40 hrs a week should not be paid so little that they qualify for government programs. Corporate greed is the problem.

Republicans aren't known for telling the truth, so no.
October 8, 2025 at 9:01 PM
You must be a Republican.
October 8, 2025 at 4:28 PM
That is still 1/3 of the population. What exactly is that additional 20k in government support? Also, you still pay income tax if you make $17,500 or more.

I heard from an elderly neighbor that relies on the food pantry that distribution has gone down from once a week to every two weeks and the amount of food is half what she got a few months ago. I try to help out but she's a proud woman.

Wow, Wolfie can sing! This is great, thanks for posting.

The Media isn't getting the message out. The people who need to hear it don't watch MSNBC and don't watch podcasts with accurate information. That's the problem, network news is failing to show the truth.
October 3, 2025 at 2:52 PM
True, but it did help turn the tide on public opinion of the war. I do worry that the American public has changed and many would be comfortable with a similar incident today.
October 3, 2025 at 5:24 AM
You don't know what is worth fighting for, the cost of healthcare is important but it won't matter when we lose our democracy. Did you not hear trump say in his speech at Quantico that he's surprised at how little resistance he's gotten?
October 1, 2025 at 10:32 PM
They don't do anything in good faith.
