12. The Hobbit
When I was a lad my dad read me this. Based on that memory, this book is 5% riddle based ring acquisition & 95% Dragon. Sad to say there much less Dragon than I remember and even sadder to say it’s probably a stronger book for it. Perfect book for professor dads to read to their kids.

Same brand of Christianity as Higurashi. A fun book about how belief and action can make your wildest dreams come true bc God is personally rooting for you!!!! Probably hits harder if you’re like 19 & have never read anything like it before & are religious of some sort.
