This framing is wrong. GradPLUS Loans will be phased out. Stafford graduated loans will be available in higher amounts for professional programs. Engineering and nursing *are* professions, but they can be done with undergraduate degrees.

I discovered one interesting fact while messing around with this. You can orient successive polygons in the circumscription problem to push the center of the limiting circle to the center of the starting triangle. No arrangement achieves that for the inscription problem.

Here is the “dual” problem, where instead of nesting In the interior of the preceding polygon (inscribing n+1 within n) you nest the preceding polygon (inscribing n within n+1).
